Our apprenticeship program is designed for certified instructors who are looking to gain real-world teaching experience in a live class environment while working alongside an experienced instructor.
This is a mentorship-based opportunity where apprentices observe, assist, and gradually take on supported teaching responsibilities within regular classes.
In exchange for assisting in class, apprentices gain access to guided experience, feedback, and the opportunity to develop their teaching skills in a practical setting.
Please note: participation in the apprenticeship program does not guarantee employment or future teaching opportunities at The Studio.
Apprentices are invited to:
- Observe and assist in regularly scheduled classes
- Meet with a mentor instructor to discuss goals and teaching development
- Support cueing, spotting, and classroom management as appropriate
- Practice teaching segments of class, such as warm-ups or short combinations
- Gain feedback on teaching style, communication, and delivery
- Develop confidence in a live teaching environment

- Certified instructors seeking real classroom experience
- Instructors expanding into a new apparatus or discipline
- Instructors refining teaching skills and classroom presence
