SILKS CLASSES

Our Aerial Silks classes are led by certified and knowledgeable instructors. Whether you’re stepping into silks for the first time or continuing to build on existing skills, these classes are designed to challenge and support your growth in the air.

Your training will focus on strength, control, and the exploration of movement as you learn to work with height, wraps, and transitions. Having a supportive environment like The Studio allows you to build consistency and continue developing your skills in the air.

Aerial silks is a physically demanding apparatus, and conditioning is naturally woven into training to support your safety and development.
